it's true so parts in Spain speak a small degree of English but not everyone is able to speak it, that's why it's best to learn the language of the country your visiting

Went to the old town in Ibiza and embraced a lot of the culture. Avoiding all the nightclubs etc, I really liked it there. Lovely beaches.
