@appleberryolivia: Here’s how I did it ✨ It has been crazy to see part of once was a thought come to life But that’s seriously all it starts with: a thought. 💭 So here are some mindset shifts and actionable items that I did other than put a vision board together… Like traveling the World with my DREAM MAN? 🥹🌎💗 Save this for when you need a reminder to stay on the path 💗 1️⃣ Reveiw the board & goals often - you get what you focus on. Focus on that vision and it will soon come to fruition. The clearer the goals. The better. 2️⃣ Create a new identity - split a paper in half on one side put who you are now (the good and the bad) and on the other side write down the charecteristixs of who you will become (how they, walk, talk, dress, carry themselves, etc…) 3️⃣ Filter your actions through the highest version of yourself - ASK what would they do in situations?? Would they be drinking all the time, keep their vices or be scared to take massive action? 4️⃣ Surrounded myself to people that supported my highest self - not everyone is going to love that you are growing, cause you will be outgrowing them. And that is okay! Being around people that you are aligned with you and want to grow with you will come. 5️⃣ Affirm your new identity - we are brain washed to do bad things for our future! So it’s time to brain wash ourselves to the good!
