@jadsaad121: Pasta with Clams and Bottarga Recipe: Add olive oil to a pan and heat the oil up on medium to low heat. Add one grated garlic clove, 1 tsp of red chili flakes, 1 anchovy fillet and cook for 2-3mins. Add cleaned clams to the pan. Add white wine and cover. Cook for 3-5mins until all the clams are open. Discard any that didn’t open. Remove the cooked clams and reduce the sauce. Add a ladle of pasta water and then the pasta (cooked a little shy of al dente). Cook until the sauce coats the pasta.
