I think the ombudsman should force the insurers to return people’s premiums should they cancel or decline one policy. It’s as good as stealing.

discovery is a baby in comparison to out surance when it comes to similar claims , its well known there agents gets a 10% comision for none payments , all of sa insurance companys are so corrupt

Affinity underwritting managers/AAA claim did the same to me with my car. I am now paying for two cars one of which they took from North West (my home) and left it in KZN with no means to retrieve it.
