I had to explain this to my doctor. The endocrine system and the nervous system are linked and when your hormones change so will your nervous system and guess what your heart has a conduction system.

I wore a heart monitor for a month for heart palpitations results were normal. Shortly after got frozen shoulder not until recently from tik Tok I'm realizing it's Peri menopause.

I have also noticed these heart palpations in the past few months, a long with other perimenopause symptoms. I too wondered if it was perimenopause. Happens mostly at night before bed.
