Seasonings for chicken: Garlic powder Black pepper Paprika Salt Avocado spray Instructions: Cook the chicken and season as you’d like, turn off the heat when it’s done cooking and add the honey and bbq. Cook the pasta until it’s al dente, and on a pan simmer low fat milk, light cream cheese and the fat free cheddar cheese until it’s a saucy consistency. Add the cooked pasta and it’s done!
