Ive never had that and had ring for years. On the non-ring baby monitors, yes, all the time living in a dense neighborhood. My neighbor's monitor always messed with ours, but we were in townhouses!

If you heard it, no you didn't. You didn't see or hear anything. Close, lock windows/doors and close curtains and blinds. I'd get rid of cameras too
