@jerseyvirago: I made this dress in 4 days using Plastic bottles. Instead of tossing all the plastic bottles my family uses, I saved them all and made this dress. I cut and melted the plastic bottles, linked them together and added LED lights. @siena wore this on tour as an opener for every city she went to. This was the ATL show.
