Just bought my first house. My credit that allowed me to do so was from a $100 limit secure card, my only card. Always pay it off and put 20% on my house. Secure card is the way!

I use current. it only allowes me to use what I have already in my account as if it's just a debit card but then it puts the money aside and pays it by the end of the month.
