priced way to high for sure. those modifications make the car worth less especially with it not even being legal due to the decat. £12k max seems more reasonable for that

Theres at least 8 standard 118i's on Autotrader under 12k, same age and mileage. Mods and legalitys on the decat will make this a very hard sell.
