you shouldn’t leave oil on your scalp for more then 2-5 hours or it’ll just suffocate the hair follicles and cause buildup and breakage

Four days is probably too much for your scalp lovely! It’s just gonna clog your follicles! A few hours is plenty enough to get benefits from hair oiling!

I grew up with oiling my hair almost every week or so. I think overnight works best, the most I’d say is 2 days. Then wash it twice to take off. Hope this helps :)

I think you have to use a detox shampoo after oiling as the oil puts a like coat on ur roots reducing growth❣️❣️

I would recommend only oiling your scalp once or twice a week and leave it in for max 4 hours and wash tour scalp 2x , I do recommend oiling ur ends everyday with a light weight oil to protect ur ends

I have curly hair and when I get out of the shower I brish my wet hair then I wet it more with water spray then scrunch and then scrunch on curly creme and make sure the hair is soaking wet then let

just oil your hair before every wash for 30 minutes max if your hair is fine. upto 2 hours if they're thick or wavy. you don't need to do it for 4hrs
