What type of doctor can i see to check my hormone levels? My GYN said there’s no point in checking them and only gives me BC to stop my bleeding

So would adding in HRT now help with this? Currently diagnosed with frozen shoulder and calcific tendinosis. Just had a cortisone injection and starting physical therapy.

the other is the torn hip labrum. seems like you get one of the other.😞 trying to avoid surgery with PT and strength training here.

I’m currently on Norethindrone for heavy bleeding and as my estrogen levels have dropped I now have bad stiffness in my shoulders & hips.

I had frozen shoulder. Resolved after 18 months. Worst pain ever. I lift weights daily to avoid it again. also on the combo patch.

I found trigger point therapy and slow movement while laying on ground took that possible problem away

possible silly question but... would it help to apply oestrogel directly to the shoulders (rather than thighs as per usual recommendation)
