No chance a near £500 garmin takes 2-3 mins for GPS. my 245 gets the GPS tick within 10 seconds of starting an activity

You can actually pause the Apple Watch by pressing the 2 side buttons at the same time!! It will pause your workout even when u have the water lock on🫶🏻
