@drdadvand: Pre and 4 days post-op for a patient with grade 2 gynecomastia. This patient was Initially advised to undergo liposuction alone by another plastic surgeon, it was determined upon seeking a second opinion from me that this procedure alone would not effectively address his gynecomastia. Instead, excision of his glands was necessary, given the distinct nature of breast tissue and fatty tissue. Great results! #plasticsurgery #gynosurgery #gynecomastia
