It’s crazy because I didn’t even notice that the second dog was matted? I think that’s one of the reasons why I will never own a doodle or a poodle because I’m just so afraid of the matting

I have a cavapoo and shihpoo - I have to get them groomed every 6 weeks and keep them short otherwise they Matt sooooooooo easily. Xx

I always used to rough clip before washing to stop the matts becoming tighter, may I ask how long it toke to groom both and how much you charged? x

when dogs have mats always shave them before they have a bath. cause water makes mats harden up

i’ve worked at a pet store for 2.5yrs and see so many dogs everyday. i have literally only seen maybe 4 doodle breeds that had nice long brushed coats
