@mainly_makeup_ah: If you think you can’t, I’m living proof that you can. For almost a year I binge drank alcohol to numb the pain I was silently going through. I thought numbing out the world would make me happy but it stole so much time, money, happiness, and self worth from me. I let it happen and unfortunately on April 30 2021 I hit my rock bottom in front of my kids. May 1, 2021 is the day I decided to get my head out of my ass and do the right thing. I’ve been sober from alcohol since and nothing in the world can make me pick up that bottle again. It hasn’t been easy, but hell it’s been so worth it. Im worth my sobriety. My kids are worth my sobriety. My soul is worth my sobriety. We can do hard things- YOU can do hard things. Love yourself today, tomorrow, and every moment in between because in the end you are all you’ve got and you are SO important. I brought my 1-year-old and 6-year-old, and there was plenty for BOTH of them to do, which is not always easy to find! A few things to know before you go: 🐻 Designed for ages 0–8 🎟️ Reserve your playtime online ahead of time 🧦 Don’t forget socks! 🥪 You can bring your own food/snacks 🪑 Plenty of seating for parents right around the play areas 🚻 Bathrooms are right inside ☕️ Small enough that you can actually keep track of your kids, but big enough to keep them BUSY My 6-year-old has already asked approximately 47 times when we can go back 😂 Definitely adding this one to our Minnesota winter survival list!
