only needed a 50mm rip with a return screwed to it then fixed as one to close the gap off.

If it’s against the wall, does the pannel need to be that big ? Like it could if just all been like 70mm wide and set for the door and no one would of been wiser

Not hating on the work but just a little advice, boilers have clearance for maintenance on sides and bottom, some may class this “at risk” 😅

I would just trim the end panel so it dont go all.the way back .......

They are absolute gems, they are awesome. Only issue i find is when some of them start to fail and don't hold the air anymore. I found you need to be gentle with them.

Everyone knocking him, done a good job👊🏼 enough clearance around the flue, this is how I’ve done them and gas engineer says it’s ok🤷🏽♂️

Get a choc block from the fixing kit and half and half it on the top of the loose panel and hook it on the unit
