@jadecarolanfitness: Fajita tray bake with an avocado lime jalapeno yoghurt dip... the perfect lazy meal and I am obsessed with this sauce. 🥑😍 Click save and let me know if you try! @jadecarolanfitness Macros👇 Calories 238 Protein 22g Fat 6g Carbs 26g Ingredients (8 tacos)👇 Sauce: 1 avocado 200ml greek yoghurt 1 lime 3tbps pickle juice 2 tsp jalapenos Salt & pepper 500g chicken breast 30g fajita seasoning 1 orange pepper 1 green pepper 1 white onion 8 mini wraps 30g mozzarella cheddar mix 1 lime Parsley Slice the peppers, onion, chicken and add to an oven tray. Mix in the fajita seasoning and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. To a blender add avocado, yoghurt, the juice of 1 lime, pickle juice, jalapenos, salt and black pepper. Blend until smooth. Toast the tortillas by pan frying them for a minute or so per side.
