This recipe was super easy to throw together and was full of flavour😍a new lunch time fave! *makes 3x servings* Ingredients - 225g halloumi cheese - 150g pasta (dry weight) - 3x tbsp honey - 1x tsp chilli flakes (add more if you like it 🔥) - 2x handfuls of rocket - 2x large chopped tomatoes - 1/4 chopped cucumber - Salt & pepper METHOD - Combine your cooked pasta, rocket, tomatoes and cucumber in a bowl then pop to one side. - Chop your halloumi into small evenly sized cubes then pop onto a heated pan. Drizzle over your honey and chilli flakes and fry on a high heat for 2 minutes. - Pour the chilli honey sauce from the pan into your pasta salad mixture then continue to fry your halloumi on a high heat for another minute or so until golden. - Add your halloumi to the salad, season with salt & pepper, mix to combine and enjoy!
