some tips: get a $10 hot to go whole chicken (costco, food basics etc) and slice up for sandwiches, soups, salads.. much cheaper.

I bought a restaurant grade slicer. I buy the whole turkey slab for about 55$ and vaccum seal packs of them and freeze. Comes to about 25 cents a slice. Also saves time going to the store weekly

I just left shoppers... was going in to buy VICKS VAPORUB. I buy one every few years - it was $13.49 😳 sold-out of the off brand at $11.99. it used to be $3.99... what the hell happened?!

Deli meat is convenient but it's actually SO bad for you. just buy rotisserie chicken or cook a ham and slice it up.

My grocery list has drastically changed! I use the flipp app to price match my essentials. Gone are the days of buying any treats or special splurges. I buy what is on sale & create my weekly menu. 😳

I agree crazy now adays !, Flipp app does help alittle with finding cheaper alternatives , it’s sad when you see something on sale now adays and it feels like a jackpot 😭
