@donaldo_cook: Bulgogi sandwich (with Mexican infusion) Have you had Bulgogi Beef? Well if you haven’t you need too, it’s so freaking good. I was reading through corsori E-recipe book and I came across these Korean style tacos, and it reminded me how good Korean food is. Also how good Mexican sides would go with it. I may have gone a little off the rails but I promise this one doesn’t disappoint. It doesn’t hurt that I cook it in the @cosoricooks Turbo Blaze air fryer and saved on some much needed calories. 🌱recipe 🌱Bulgogi beef Slice up a beef roast and get the slices in a sealable bag. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, gojuchang, sesame oil, minced garlic, and chopped jalapeños, let sit for an hour to over night in your refrigerator. Next spread out pieces evenly in your @cosoricooks Turbo Blaze Air fryer and cook for 5min at 400F then flip the pieces and cook for another 5 to 10 min until cooked. Sprinkle some roasted seeds on top. 🌱Pico de gallo Chop onion, tomato, jalapenos and cilantro in a bowl add a big squeeze of lime 🌱Cilantro lime mayo In a food processor add cilantro, lime, mayo and blend 🌱Enjoy #bulgogi #bulgogibeef #tiktokfood #fyp
