Fire restrictions? Try this! @Radiate Portable Campfire In Big Bend National Park, we could not have a wood fire due to restrictions. This is very common throughout our parks - especially during late summer and early fall. This could be a solution! Here are the pros and cons that I found while testing this portable fire: Pros: 1. You get to have a bonfire! 2. Kicks off more heat than you’d expect 3. Lasts 3-4 hours (2 nights for us) Cons: 1. Its a bug trap. Moths and mosquitos were flying in and getting trapped in the wax. 2. Once it gets going, it can start to spray a little bit of hot wax.
