the us uses a lot of A1 cows which cause a mutated protein that a lot of people can’t digest. Most European cows are pure A2 cows

I am so happy when I get back to NL after my exchange in the US. After eating I ALWAYS feel soooo heavy, also just want to be able to cook etc myself again

It looks like a healthy diet. Most looks good to me, not all. If you feel well and don’t have stomach issues you’re on the right track.

Most fruit and veg are still sprayed in pesticides here, washing in baking soda can get most of it of though!

I have to take acid reflux medication when I’m in the states 💀. My doctor gave it to me at age 8 like it’s normal??? But here I’m fine lol
