I had to cancel my flight in Dec 22 and got a refund within 2 weeks. Honestly was the best refund experienced I’ve ever had

It took me almost 4 months to get a refund from Philippine airlines. You need to call them and it’s almost impossible to get through

Hi there! How did you manage to reach PAL? I’ve been emailing them and using their chat support for the past six weeks, but I haven’t made much progress in getting my flight ticket refund processed. @Philippine Airlines
