I was literally more scared of pp too but I expected the worst & it’s honestly been going so well bc anything “bad” isn’t as bad as I thought lol

That’s what I was most scared for also but it wasn’t as bad for me as I anticipated. Get the which hazel pads diapers and dermoplast. Do all of them everytime you pee until you stop bleeding.

Awww we’re both at 24 weeks!! 🥹 I do envy you though this whole process for me has been scary and I feel so nervous about everything and if im doing it right! 😩

postpartum is an emotional roller coaster but i found that accepting help, doing 1 small self care thing a day, and going outside helped me 💛 once the fog lifts you’ll feel so much love for yourself!
