@isabella.lauren: TW but i feel like so many people are so terrified to admit they struggle with this when a lot of us are in the same exact boat. Dont feel alone ❤️ so many of us deal with the same things day in and day out because of unrealistic beauty standards being shoved down our throats. Food is fuel. You’re allowed to treat yourself. You’re allowed to finish the entire plate. you don’t need to “work off” your food. i love you!!

For myself, poor eating is both emotional and I have found also a nutrtional deficit related to poor management of mental health, which I was unconsciously trying to solve with how I ate.

I can recommend taking cooking classes. it helps discovering creative ways preparing food and you start shifting thinking about eating food and be more interested in the joy of preparing new recipes

I often skip meals & then lump it all at dinner time & if I had something nice or takeout I’d save half of it for the next day as something nice to look forward to the next day😂 is that “normal” 😅

nutritional education is so poor on this country due to all the lobbying $$ the mega food companies wield, it is crazy how much power basically 8-10 companies hold and 90% of what they sell is toxic

Helps to dispell the notion of “clean” foods. Food is fuel. Not healthy to vilify certain foods and it helped me when I was able to strike a sustainable balance in massing and leaning phases.
