When I flew my manual wheelchair seat somehow got two holes in it like someone stabbed the seat when it was collapsed. It still functions and I just don’t have the energy to try to get them to fix it

An airline LOST my chair how do you loose the most important thing in the planes cargo. They gave me a manual one to use until they could get it back but my mum could barely push me. It was so fucked

We need laws with serious financial penalties for breaking any part of a wheelchair. Maybe a fine equal to 250% of total airfares of the largest plane in the fleet.

my mom is a full time wheelchair user. in 2017 we were coming home from a cruise. when we landed they brought out her chair the controller was bent so bad but it still worked they paid for the repair

Soooo can you get in contact with them to get reimbursed? They obviously won’t want to and will demand proof, and even when you show it they’ll still find ways to make the process difficult🤦🏽♂️
