idk myself tbh… but agave is ok in the cabinet i know for sure. syrup is optional, they are both mostly natural sugar/sweetener which are both shelf stable

If you want it to keep, fridge. If you want it to spoil and also maybe give you botulism, room temp. Agave is NOT honey.

I follow the instructions on the back. it should say keep refrigerated if it needs to be. my organic maple syrup is kept refrigerated
