Ingredients Meatballs • 1½ lbs ground beef (or any ground meat) • 2 grated carrots • 1 grated golden potato • 1 large onion, finely chopped • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped • ⅓ cup oil • 1 tbsp paprika • 2 tsp salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp cumin Sauce / Pot • ¼ cup oil • 1 large onion, sliced • 1 tbsp paprika • 1 tbsp salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 2 carrots, small diced • 1 (16 oz) frozen corn • 1 (16 oz) frozen peas • ⅓ cup tomato paste • 1 tbsp sugar • 2 cups water Rice • 2 cups jasmine rice, washed • 4 cups water • ¼ cup oil • 1 tbsp salt Cabbage Salad • ½ purple cabbage, shredded • 1 carrot, shredded • 2 garlic cloves, minced • ½ cup white vinegar • ¼ cup oil • 2 tsp salt • 1 tbsp sugar Instructions 1. Meatballs: Mix everything together and form small balls. 2. Base: Heat oil, sauté sliced onions until golden. Add spices. 3. Add meatballs, cover, cook 7–10 minutes (don’t move too much). 4. Add carrots, peas, and corn. Mix tomato paste, sugar, and water, pour in. Cover and cook another 10–15 minutes. 5. Rice: Add everything to a pot, bring to a boil.
