Love this! Best way to exercise for ADHD without getting bored. Put on a movie or favorite show and just keep moving while watching. Cozy yoga or stretching is also great with aging bodies.

I needed to move recently and thought of you. I didn’t have a walking pad so just walked back/forth, did some star jumps etc while watching TV and it was great. Jogging on the spot in the ad break!
