This confused me for the longest because being from the east coast the common term is summer rolls but then heading to the OC and Houston it was “spring rolls” for the “fresh” rolls.

my fave is bo bia rolls and nem nuong! Also I do enjoy rice paper eggrolls its nice and chewy I think in the north they call them nem ran?

I learned growing up that those are Vietnamese spring rolls or “Wahlamsahm” in Korean
