DISCLAIMER: Honestly, sharing this because it was a sample and I have to share something but this vacuum doesn't work well for families with animals and you'll see why. We have 2 corgis and 2 cats, and maybe that just means we need higher quality vacuums, but this is marketed as a powerful suction and its obvious that it doesn't have that suction it is claiming to have. I will say, it is lightweight and easy to use and maneuver around things like table and chair legs, but most other vacuums like this on the market have that same benefit. If you don't have animals or if your animals don't shed or shed very little, this might be an affordable option for you.
