I worked at an extremely popular restaurant in London. Michelin star chefs envied our kitchen but everyone was on ❄️stress was unbearable. Haven’t been back to McDonald’s since!

I think it depends a lot on the restaurant, as well as the type of restaurant. Been working in pub-Kitchens, where the energy is very hectic and people generally scream a lot.

I love the look of this but don’t love the info. They run the kitchen really well at fallow but this isn’t the case for many kitchen

I think the hard days of shouting and screaming days are dying out but i remember it being quite tough & alot of abuse did and dose go on..
