I keep 2 large containers in the fridge - 1 with salad and 1 with nicely seasoned/cooked/sliced chicken so that chicken and salad is always the most convenient and quick option available.

I do hate salads but I do this or I have the bowls Chipotle uses so I “go down the line” and “yes I know guac is extra” at home with quinoa instead of rice

My tip is to not track calories, just eat a smaller portion of what your already having, and cut out sweets and unnecessary eating 😂💪

If salad doesn’t get your motor running, try a sheet pan of roasted veg! The key is quality oil and plenty of herbs, maybe some nuts and feta at the end. It’s always good
