I’ve done both.Did early gym (5am) for 10 years.Felt great and good to get it done.Now I do it after work. Feel great and not stressed having to get up early to go. Works both ways. Do what suits you.

I would but I already get up for work at 3:25 am as it is, don’t get home till after 4 pm generally, but if I do get away from work before 3pm I generally try get to the gym.
