craving? satisfied 🍔 Burger Bowls  2 1/2 lbs ground beef  cajun seasoning  3 tbs avocado oil  iceberg lettuce cherry tomatoes  purple onion  cheddar cheese  pickles  1 package bacon 1. Pour the oil into a pot and let it get hot. Once hot, add in the ground beef, season with cajun seasoning and cook on medium heat until fully browned. Drain & set aside. 2. Using a mandolin on setting 4- slice them lengthwise into thinner slices.  2. make stacks of about 3-4 and using a sharp knife- slice the stack lengthwise into fries! Rinse them off with cold water & place into an ice bath for about 30 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, put some oil to getting hot (preheat to about 350°F). Then, drain the fries from the water & pat dry.  4. Fry them, in batches & stirring often- until browned about 3-5 minutes. drain on a wire rack & repeat.
