@dollartreedinners: No Bake Eclair Dessert You will need: Graham Crackers $1.25 French Vanilla Pudding (2) $2.00 Milk $1.25 Cool Whip $1.25 Chocolate frosting $1.25 Total cost $7.00 Mix the 2 boxes of french vanilla pudding with 2 1/2 cups of cold milk, whisk until smooth. Fold in cool whip 1/4 at a time until fully incorporated. Into a baking dish (Mine was 7"x9") layer graham crackers on the bottom covering as much of the bottom as you can. Spoon on half of your vanilla custard mixture and spread out onto an even layer. Top with another layer of graham crackers, and the rest of your vanilla custard. Finish the dessert with a final layer of graham crackers and your chocolate frosting. To make the frosting pourable just microwave it for around 30 seconds.
