hi, I work at a hotel. we are NOT supposed to say the number out loud for safety. we write it down. Def bring it up to a manager but please do so politely, as the person may be new and not know 😊

Yes, I worked at a hotel for many years specifically front desk and we were told to never say the room number out loud. I would write it down on the key holder and I would point at it at guest
