Moroccan inspired lamb cutlets and salad ~ One of my family favourites! So easy to make and tastes delicious! Moroccan inspired lamb cutlets Ingredients  - 1 kg lamb cutlets @akarmeats (or any other cut of your liking) could also be made with chicken  For coating: - 1 tsp Vegetta - 1 tsp Moroccan spices - 1 tsp paprika - 1/2 tsp white pepper - 1/2 tsp black pepper - 1 tsp oregano  For sauce: - 2 tbsp toum (garlic dip) - 2 tbsp yogurt  - 1 tsp paprika - 1 tsp Moroccan spice - 1 tsp oregano  - 1 tsp vegeta  - 2 tbsp olive oil - Approx 1/4 cup lemon juice (or to taste) - Water if you need to dilute the sauce down (not always necessary)  Method: - coat meat pieces with spice mix  - Place all sauce ingredients in a bowl, whisk well and pour over meat pieces - Place in a 200C oven until the meat is fully cooked and gains a golden colour (depends on the size of your meat but approx 30 mins) - Enjoy!  For the couscous salad, all you need is: - 1/2 cups couscous, cooked as per package instructions  - 1 large cucumbers, diced - 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved - 1 medium red capsicum, diced - 1 small red onion, diced - 1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted - 1/2 cup fresh mint, chopped - 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped - Handful danish feta cheese Dressing: - 1/4 cup olive oil - 1/4 cup lemon juice - 2 tsp sumac - 1 tsp cumin - 1 tsp minced garlic - 1/2 tsp black pepper - 1/2 tsp salt or to taste Combine all ingredients, top with the dressing and enjoy! ⁣ ⁣ #cutlets #lambcutlets #lambrecipes #lambrecipe#meatrecipe #onetraybake #onetraydinner
