If you know, you know, I love me a good roast! I’ve showed you guys how I make it in the oven before, but this time I wanted to show you how I do it in the crockpot always using @Pacificfoods beef broth. This recipe is so easy, you can have it all prepared, go about your day, and have the tastiest meal to come back to 😩 Ingredients: Salt Crushed black pepper 1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic 32 oz Pacific Foods beef broth 1 pack Lipton onion soup mix 2 lb angus beef chuck roast 6 quartered red Potatoes 1 lb baby carrots 1/2 - 1 yellow onion Instructions: 1. Add a pan (that is large enough fully fit the roast) to the stove on medium-high heat. 2. While pan is heating up, generously season your roast with salt, garlic powder or minced garlic, and crushed black pepper. 3. Add a dash of olive oil to your pot, and add the roast once your oil is nice and hot. You are going to sear your roast on both sides until browned (about 4 minutes each side). 4. While your roast in searing, slice 1 yellow onion. 5. Once roast is browned on both sides, remove from pan and add to crock pot. Add your Lipton onion soup mixed with your Pacific Foods beef broth. 6. You want to be sure that your broth doesn't fully cover the roast. Only the top of the meat should be left out. 7. Slice your onion, you'll add your red potatoes (skinned & sliced in halves or quarters depending on size), and carrots (all seasoned with salt & pepper) to your pot. 8. Add flour mixed with water, for thickening, about an hour before finished cooking. 9. Cook on low for about 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours. 10. (Optional) Add finishing salt to top. Enjoyyy 🤍 #freshfromthepantry #pacificpantry #pantryofpossibility #pacificparner #cookwithme
