I didn’t want it to end 😩 Macros 515 calories 47gP / 13gF / 51gC Serves: 1 Shopping list ✍️ - 130g chicken breast - Salt & pepper - 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or mixed herbs) - 1 tsp garlic powder or granules - 17g panko breadcrumbed - 20g egg white or egg - 30g light mozzarella - 100g cooked skin on fries - 2-3 basil leaves Marinara sauce 🥣 : 20g tomato purée, 60g passata, salt & pepper, 1 tsp oregano & pinch of sugar or sweetener. Method Mix the marinara sauce and set aside. Slice the chicken into tenders or leave as is but tenderise it, then season with half of the seasonings above. Use the remaining half to season the panko breadcrumbs, then dip into whisked egg then the breadcrumbs. Spray with low calorie spray and air fry on 190C for 14 mins, turning half way and spray again. For the last 3 minutes spread over the marinara sauce and add the cheese (place onto foil for less mess!).
