I used to serve. So far with the toddler, either my hubby & I have picked up the excess big food items or thankfully stopped the behavior before it got outta hand.

One time I had a parents leave dirty diapers because they couldn't walk the to the bathroom to change the diaper. There was 2 adults and 2 kids, and the bathroom had a diaper station.
