You need to try this combo it’s absolutely life changing. Especially the Bourbon butter that I created I just know you’re going to love it! 🌱Recipe 🌱Bourbon butter @whistlepigwhiskey in a pot with a cup of sugar, heat till the sugar is dissolved. In a food processor add soft unsalted butter brown sugar and the sugar infused bourbon. Mix well using the food processor. 🌱Fried chicken Take your chicken of choice ( I use chicken tenders ) and deepen them in flour and then submerge them into a bowl of butter milk, egg, paprika, black pepper, (and any seasoning you like most ) next dredge the chicken in a bowl of dry flour and seasoning with a tablespoon of baking powder mixed in. 🌱Frying Deep fry the chicken for 6 minutes at 300 to 350F then remove and let rest 1 min then deep fry again till golden brown and an internal temp of 165F is reached. Salt immediately after taking out of the oil. 🌱Waffles I used @whistlepigwhiskey rye waffle mix which you can find on their website.
