Autism and the no sleep thing is truly insane. I’ve gotten 90 minutes a night for the last week and am not even close to being tired😩

I have had nights like this. I cannot believe these kiddos can function on 2 hours of sleep. Last night my kiddo slept 4 hours and he was ready to go this morning

my daughter came down with a fever yesterday..shes been awake sine 3am.. its 730pm now and she's manically laughing and running laps ..I feel your pain mommy

My son is on the spectrum as well and would do this as well, never nap and stay up til 5am.. destorying everything, I found out people on specturm have a 1/3 melatonin in they’re body and I got him

Parker’s the opposite when he gets sick that’s the onlyyyy time he sleeps more than 4 hours. They function on no sleep it’s wild 🤪 sending all the sleep vibes mama

We worked with a child sleep psychologist and when he said “autism and ADHD brains do not require the sleep of a typical brain!” I was like WTF? Excuse me? 😭
