Tinnitus is not hearing loss. It's ringing in your ears. And it's not temporary most of the time. It may come and go. You're bunching 2 things together in this video

I just started wearing earplugs last year after 13 years of riding. 😭 I use silicone ones. They stay in the best and I'm cheap. 😅
