I drank a lot in my late teens and throughout my twenties. I was a social drinker, and thankfully never had to go through this. But I spent a good 50% of that time in my life horribly hungover. I look back and wonder why I kept going even though it made me violently ill. Alcohol is deceptive… makes you think it’s fun. I hope you’re doing better… you’re right that it’s no way to live. I hope you can get the help you want to safely stop drinking. ♥️
