MEAL PREP WITH ME 🍽️  For this weeks meal prep we have some Chocolate Brownie Baked Oats for breakfast and a Creamy Chicken & Backn Rigatoni for lunch. Save for your next meal prep☝🏼 BREAKFAST: •Chocolate Brownie Baked Oats •455 kcals per portion (3 slices) - 36g PRO, 47g CHO, 13g FAT Serves 2: -80g of oat flour  -2 scoops (50g) of chocolate protein powder  -20g of cocoa powder -1 tsp of baking powder -1 egg -1banana (80g), mashed  -200ml of low fat milk -20g of dark chocolate, chopped Method: 1. Blend the oats to make a flour. Add to a bowl along with the protein powder, cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix.  2. Add the banana, egg, milk and stir to combine. Mix in half of the chocolate.  3. Pour into a lined baking tin and top with the rest of the chocolate.  4. Bake in the oven at 180°C for approx. 25-30 minutes.  5. Slice and serve into 2 portions (3 slices per portion).  LUNCH: •Creamy Chicken & Bacon Rigatoni •469 kcals - 46g PRO, 42g CHO, 15g FAT Serves 3: -150g of dried rigatoni  -1/2 chicken stock cube  -Oil spray -300g of uncooked chicken breast, diced -1 tsp of Cajun  -1 tsp of oregano -2 cloves of garlic, minced -1 red onion, diced  -80g of pancetta  -Broccoli -100ml of light cream  -Salt/pepper -20g of mozzarella  -20g of cheddar, grated  Method: 1. Boil and cook broccoli for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.  2. Spray a pan with oil and add the garlic and onion. Fry for 2 minutes then add the chicken. Season with Cajun, oregano, salt and pepper.  3. Cook the pasta with teller chicken stock for 8-10 minutes. Drain and keep pasta water.  4. Once the chicken is cooked add in the bacon and fry until browned.  5. Mix in the broccoli, pasta, cream and 200ml of pasta water. Simmer. 6. Divide into 3 portions and top with the mozzarella/cheddar. Place in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes to let the cheese melt.
