@lawnsingoodnick: This recent reno was the third time I’ve top dressed my lawn since moving in late 2022 🏝️ The first time there wasn’t enough sand but some major low spotted were filled in ✅ The second time I allowed plenty of leftovers and every mow for a few weeks I was touching up spots here and there. This time I’m not going as hard with this step due to the approaching cooler weather, but am definitely very happy with how even this lawn is 🔥 The only reason I’ll top dress this heavily again (1 cubic metre of washed sand per 100m2) is if my yard is as soggy this winter as last winter ❄️ hopefully the soil profile is a lot sandier now and will drain a lot better! ✅✅ #lawntok #lawnrenovation
