@itsemflynn: Run 2 of 10k Training from last week! 🫶🏼 A different format than usual for me, but figured you guys might be interested to see what a typical morning balancing work + training looks like for me! This run was an interval session and you can definitely tell that I’m zonked by the end 😅😅 Was very glad I remembered to bring my @ehplabs OxyShred to help give me an energy boost to get through this session.
