@jonwatts88: AD| Creamy Sausage & Mushroom Rigatoni 😍 See below for the full written recipe 👇🏻👇🏻 This ‘recipe for magic’ celebrates the power that meals have in order to bring us closer together with family and friends ✨ @Coca-Cola Here’s what you need to make this: 200g rigatoni (or any pasta) 4 sausages, cut into bite sized pieces 1 onion, diced 200g chestnut mushrooms, cut into quarters 3 cloves of garlic, chopped 250ml chicken stock 150g cream cheese 40g Parmesan, grated (plus extra for serving) 10g parsley, chopped For best results, prep your ingredients before you start cooking! 1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for two minutes less than the packet states. 2. Cook the sausage pieces over a medium to high heat until golden brown all over. 3. Add in the onion and mushrooms then cook for about five minutes, or until soft. Enjoy a Coca Cola Zero Sugar 😉 4. Chuck in the garlic and cook for a minute, before pouring in the chicken stock and adding the cream cheese. 5. Stir well, add the cooked pasta, Parmesan and parsley, then stir well. 6.
